Spring is in the air, hooray! Well, at least in my daydreams. There’s nothing like a snowstorm on the first official day of the new season to really ramp up that spring fever.
And even though the New Year’s resolutions of financial discipline have, shall we say, softened by this point in the year, that doesn’t mean fresh home decor for Easter is impossible! It’s a season worth celebrating and there are all sorts of cost-effective ways to decorate.
